Transit power steering pump

Once again, my drive looks like the Exxon Valdez has paid a visit courtesy this time of a 52 plate Transit tipper with a leaking PAS pump.
Does anyone know if the new pumps come ready filled with their own internal lube oil? There is a plug visible that could be a filler / level but I really don't know.

No worries mate - as it happens, the exchange pump (£116) was ready to bolt on and go.
Just for the info though, its vital to spin these by hand to circulate the PAS fluid through the pump before connecting the drive belt.
I've never seen a Transit with so worn track rod ends, though
