tri fold door support for single storey roof extension

Hi folks.
I am building a single storey extension the entire width of my house at the rear to form a kitchen extension and separate dining room.My wife (bless her) has decided she wants bi-fold or tri-fold doors in the new kitchen and dining rooms to open into the garden.
What i don't know is how i will support the sloping tiled roof over the 2.5 - 3m spans.
Any answers welcome.

Lintel or steel beam depending on your roof span, load and wall construction..
