Tribune TP180B Hot Tank

Hi All

I have a Tribune Premier TP180B water tank (from IMI Waterheating). Basically, the hot water is very, very hot such that I suspect the thermostat isn't working. My questions are:

How do I test whether the thermostat is working?
Is there somewhere to adjust the water temperature / thermostat cut-off? If so, where?
If I discover the thermostat is broken, are new ones easy to come by?
