tricity bendix washer dryer

hi all,
have a tricity bendix 2 in 1 washer dryer,an eco 5 model and its served me well for the last 10 years,however now when it goes into spin mode it sounds like its spinning nuts and bolts about-the noise is terrible!
Now i know its time for a new machine but im moving house soon and that house has a washer built in the kitchen so im hoping i dont have to buy a new one and get this repaired cheaply,anybody any ideas what the problem could be?

Does the drum rock inside the housing when you try to lift it up & down? If so it's probably the bearing, not usually an easy job. Alternatively you may have got something between the drum & housing which you should be able to remove through the drain at the bottom.
