Do you mean which brand/model or which type of system? We'll be having it installed by a professional and are awaiting the quote for model details. If it's the type you mean, I think the English equivalent will be a C-MEV simple flow (VMC simple flux in French).

Edit: After reading an explanation online, I think the equivalent of a 'VMC simple flux' = exhaust ventilation in English.

NB: I'm a Brit living in France, but never really did work on a place in the UK, so lacking some of the technical vocab in English!
