Hi.We have a Triton T100i Topaz electric shower,it works ok on all settings but number 10. any number up to 9 ok switch to 10 cuts out,go above 11,12 ok back to 10 cuts out.Any advice welcomed as Triton now tell me it's obsolete ,but some spares still available.

What cuts out heat or flow ?
More likely a faulty stabiliser valve.
As said most of the major parts are obsolete on this shower now
including the stabiliser valve.
I would start looking to upgrade to a new unit.
