Triton AS2000XT not hot enough?

Since having this shower fitted it has never been very hot even on highest temp setting?
Now the weather is getting cold would be nice to have a hot shower
Any ideas? When you turn down even slightly from highest temp it goes stone cold

What is the cylinder temp set to ?
Is it getting an equal flow from hot/cold supplies ?
Is the temp dial going it's full cycle from 1 to 9

If all ok then you more likely have a faulty temp valve.

When you say cylinder temp do you mean the general hot water temp ? If so think it's 60, general hot water not an issue
