TRITON AS2000XT Thermostatic power shower

I've had no problems at all with this shower until last week when the stop start button seemed to be getting stuck.

Now the button wont turn the water off. I've found the booklet on how to get the casing off but not sure what to do when I've done it?

Any help would be much appreciated

if you isolate the shower at the fused spur it will shut down.
the on/off button on this shower comes as part of the front cover not seperate.
