Circa 9yrs old Triton Dart (not sure if a Dart “2”. I see Dart 2’s coming up online looking the same as just a Triton Dart).

It’s stiff to turn on being the problem. Is there a chance I can fix it by removing the cartridge? Am I right it’ll be a rubber seal inside that’s the issue and are they just O rings?

See pics, there’s a centre big nut that is part of the body. Two (possible 3..) grub screws right at the back near the tiles. Also another nut on top. Can anyone advise on removal of the cartridge/and fixing on this?

Ta v much

1. The (three?) grub screw near the tiles hold the body of the shower to a backplate screwed to the wall.
2. The nut on top just blanks off the water outlet to a (normally) rigid riser rail.
3. I'm not sure about the following, but likely to be:
3.1 Big nut holds the works to the large round chrome shroud at the front.
3.2 After removing the nut you will need to remove the circlip holding the flow and temperature controls together.
4. Have a look at https://www.tritonshowers.co.uk/dar...TCgfVXx6nD21Xq0#mz-expanded-view-463062706933

Thanks. 4 grub screws and thanks I see now they just hold the body to the wall bracket.

I think the very big nut is part of the part of the chrome body. I think..
Its why I’m a bit unsure how the cartridge comes out..

I looked up the diagrams earlier myself hoping to see a fully exploded diagram.

Anyone re fixing the stiff operation of the main handle?
