Triton Enlight 8.5kw no flow/temp control?

Hi guys, just wondered if anyone out there knows about Triton electric showers. Basically the temp dial is not working, the control dial feels normal and still turns fully but has no effect over temp/flow. I'm guessing a failure of something electrical? Any help appreciated

Is this the lower of the two dials? I think that one is mechanical and restricts water flow into the unit to alter the temperature.

As said is this the lower dial ? flow dial.

This needs to be checked with shower head off.
Turn dial to 1 flow should be fast, turn to 10 flow should be no more than a trickle.

If it staying at a constant flow then the stabiliser valve is faulty.
These are around £35.
