triton ivory 2 shower wont turn off

hi, have had a triton ivory 2 shower for about 20 months, it will now not switch off (water wont stop flowinig)all the other dial pionts work i.e. heat up 1, heat up 2 and cool. i have had to cap the inlet to stop the water.
any help please

Does the water run cold when switched off?
If it does I would say the water feed solenoid is burnt out or stuck open.

Yes it does run cold, is the soleniod a cheep of the shelf part do you know
or is it a new shower or can i get the big hammer out to fix it
