triton (jade) shower not heating

Bet its a year old or just over, (lifespan of a Triton shower)
Triton are the WORST showers.
I once fitted one of their shower pumps and it lasted just FOUR days.
Their customer service did not want to know! Wasting three hours at the weekend fitting a replacement of a different make was very annoying.
They are one make to totally avoid!
Do not buy Triton !
I regularly post about my experiences with them but they are totally unconcerned. ( They dont even bother to call me free of charge on 0800 9 55 44 54 to apologise )
