Triton LP Thermostatic Mixer Shower too Hot

Hello people,

I am new to this site and I have a question about a Triton LP thermostatic Mixer Shower.

I rent a property which has this shower and since we moved in a couple of months ago the shower is always too Hot. Sometimes to the point you can't stand under it (even when on 1!!) The dial just spins and clicks and doesn't change the temperature.

The immersion heater is Off and the thermostat on the tank in the cupboard is set to about 55C.

I am trying to get the Landlord to sort it out but trying to get Countrywide property management to do anything is impossible to say the least.

Just wondering if anyone has any quick and inexpensive fixes I could possibly do myself.
