Help!!! Burning smell coming from shower unit, any ideas what part it may be??

remove the cover and check the wiring.
wires on bottom tco are common for burning.
what model is it ?

Switch off the supply to it and arrange to get it replaced.
The connection terminal has probably overheated because they are grossly undersized.
Triton are the worst quality of products and their customer service is just a dis-service!

is the shower still heating etc or did you stop using it straight away ?
can anyone tell me whats the difference between a cheap electric shower and the more expensive ones
shower working fine after about 5 minutes it starts to smell of burning
better quality some have replaceable parts some don't.

not yet but its switched off at the isolater switch
can't be that hopeless.
