Triton Showers?

What do you think of Triton showers? I seem to be having problems with mine. This is my second shower that has broken after a couple of years. They are having a complete melt down in the shower box itself. Any ideas. I thought it could be that my son wants hot and cold shower bursts after his training sessions. (he has the shower on hot for a minute then cold for a minute then hot and so on). Your advice would be appreciated before i go and buy another shower.

I will try and get one tomorrow. I haven't changes the shower yet. So it is still on the wall. i will try and post it tomorrow.

what triton model is it ?
useally only happens with bad/loose mains cable connections.
