Hi. I've got a five year old triton t80si electric shower which has been dripping since I bought the house but I have ignored it and intended to buy a new solenoid valve and replace it after I had redone the bathroom. So I have now finished the bathroom and tried to turn the shower on (after it has been stood unused for about a month) and no water comes out. There is power to the unit and I can hear the unit trying to work but NOTHING!! Please can anyone help. I have tried reading as much on the forums as I can so I'm not wasting anyone's time asking questions that others have already asked but I couldn't find anything.

Many thanks

check the solenoid valves getting power.
if it has power isolate the mains power and do a resistance test on the solenoid with a multi meter.
you want a reading of 3.4 kohms.
