Triton T90Si water not heating to required temperature

you should have 2 lives on right 2 neutrals on left.
no power should be on to the shower.
no don't touch the selector dial.
select ohms on meter.
touch one probe on rear right one probe on rear left take reading.
touch one probe on front right one probe on front left take reading.
