Trouble matching trickle vent

I need a couple of replacement trickle vents, but I'm having trouble finding a match. The existing vents are 455mm long and have 4 opening flaps (see photo). Does anyone recognise these and/or know where I can obtain some replacements? Most grateful for any assistance.

Most people would be happy to just match the colour , all very similar in design.

Have fitted hundreds of them in the past but havent got a clue who makes them
