All the ollys are answerable to pootin, look what happens to those who don't get the message. We could and should have done far more about russsian money and influence. All part of a long term plan to lull the west into a false sense of security. Pootin has given up trillions in lost gas revenue etc to fund the war. Not about money son shine.
 
i heard a comment that Russia's economy grew by 3% last year. As with the UK figures output per person would be more meaningful as that is real growth. We were 2nd to the USA at the top when Labour was in and are now at the bottom of the heap. All sorts of reasons for that,

Zelenskyy was famous in Ukraine before becoming their leader. His main electoral campaign was via social media. I'm wondering if our lot will try that.

Ukraine does have it's oly's and corruption problems, As a poorer country than say Russia it's oly's don't appear so rich but as with all and many western wealth's that get quoted these are largely assets rather than money.
 
Zelensky is the one they all want to meet.
