Trump insults, abuses and disregards his allies, threatens to invade them, starts trade war against them, starts a bombing war without consultation...

I suppose they have to pay for the devastation caused in their country somehow. Who else is going to rebuild it?

And now Trump attacks another sympathetic ally.

Donald Trump says Giorgia Meloni lacks courage

US president turns against Italian premier despite her being one of his few remaining allies in Europe

Donald Trump has slammed his erstwhile ally Giorgia Meloni over her support for Pope Leo and Rome’s refusal to allow US warplanes involved in the attack on Iran to refuel at a military base in Sicily.

In a telephone interview with the Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera, the US president accused the Italian premier of cowardice — even as his allies in Europe are dwindling after Hungary’s Viktor Orbán was defeated in recent elections.

“Your prime minister is doing nothing to get oil,” Trump told the Italian paper. “I’m shocked by her. I thought she had courage, but I was wrong.”

His remarks stand in stark contrast with the praise he previously lavished on her. Just a month ago, after the Iran bombing campaign was already under way, Trump told the same newspaper that Meloni was “an excellent leader and a friend of mine”.

Meanwhile, the people who matter in all of this, the Iranian people, are grateful to Trump. They asked for his help and he came.

Trump didn't start these problems, islam did, and nobody else will tackle islam.Go on Trump, continue to mock the other so-called world leaders, and give us some more cartoons!

There's been an increasing number of guerrilla attacks against the IRGC but low key stuff, nothing that's going to overthrow the regime. Saudi and UAE who want to see the IRGC destroyed by Trump are now back tracking a bit, they don't have much appetite for conflict. Meanwhile the IRGC are seeking further talks, possibly before the end of the week.
All a bit of a waiting game at the moment.

Desperate.

Not only his allies...

The White House has also worked to dismantle diversity, equity and inclusion programs within the military, leading many to question how they fit in. And Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has conducted a major restructuring of the Pentagon, including widespread firings of four-star admirals and generals, most recently Gen. Randy George, then the Army chief of staff, in the midst of the war with Iran. Now, as that war has spread throughout the region and killed more than a dozen U.S. service members, many are worried about what comes next.

Some are opting simply to not reenlist or to retire early.

Who told you that?

How has the destruction of their homes and towns helped them?

John, it would be better if you stayed out of this serious talk. Stick to stuff you understand - this is a bit 'over your head'.
