Why are you so fixated on America? Any other countries you have no connection with that you’d like to whine about? Egypt? China? Uzbekistan? North Korea? Outer Mongolia? How reasonable are their prescription charges?
Maybe because what happens o'er there has a habit of happing o'er here soon enough.
