trv broke in kitchen but pipe not hot either

Hey again-as well as my other post .. i also have one radiator (kitchen) that doesn't warm up. it has a TRV head and i believe it is faulty as all; the others are fine. but my slight concern is should the pipe (on the flow side) to the radiator heat up, even if the rad is not heating up? as mine is not..

No because the valve is stuck shut the pipe will not get hot upto the valve as there is no floe through that part of the circuit
