I am experiencing quiet a few tvs banging when they get to temperature on a new build estate. The boiler has a bypass and there's a radiator with too locksheilds on so a bypass rad. It only happens on the trvs that are fit on the return of the system. But the valves are supposedly bio directional. Could it be anything other then dodgy valves?

post a pic of your rad valves, if it is a newbuild they will be bi-directional , but some valves you have to set the direction
