trying to fit new thermo mixer shower

can anyone advise me
fitted new concealed thermo mixer shower but water pressure rubbish cw from tank hot water from cylinder do i need a booster pump
both tank and cylinder in loft
its a fixed head so need a bit of advise on pumps really

if the cylinder and cws are only about 1m above showerhead then yes a descent pump will sort the problem.
