My late Mother had a 3’0” by 6’6”, 'Theraposture', “Theramatic” electric bed. One of those with motors to raise and lower the ends and a massage function. Since it cost £1,360, I contacted various, local hospices and charities to see if they would like the bed, including ‘Age UK’ who sell them on their web site. But none were interested. So with regret my intention is to take the bed to the Council tidy tip for disposal.
Anyway I thought that I would post about it, to see if anyone might have a better suggestion about what to do with the bed. Of course, if someone would like it they are most welcome. It is located in Wollaton, Nottinghamshire.
