Good morning

I'm hoping a wise plumber may be able to advise me or whether I'm wasting my time trying to find a 32mm pop up sink plug of the type in this photo:

shopping

I have a roca sink with 32mm pop up plughole operated by a lever at the back of the tap. The little white plastic bit at the bottom of the pop up plug snapped/rusted off, so now the plug is not long enough to sit against the lever mechanisma, and is essentially stuck in the sink (or not, since I have taken the plug out and how have a hole that I'm worried about losing rings, kids toys etc down)

I have purchased what I was told was a replacement Roca plug from a plumbing supply website but when it arrived, it was actually 38mm so didn't fit. I think bought another one on ebay which said on the package 1 1/4 (i.e. 32mm) but when it arrived, it was also 38mm.

I can't see anything at all now on ebay or google.

Does this part exist?

Thanks in advance.

Or buy a 50 mm / M6 brass or stainless steel screw and use that instead. Check the thread is M6 before buying. Might have to cut the screw down, but probably not.

Thanks footprints. On closer exam it appears the hansgrohe one is still too big (they are not very clear with their product descriptions).

Thanks oldbuffer that was my next attempt if I couldn't source the size I needed.

As an update for anyone else searching, turns out my measuring tape was slightly out and the actual size I need was 35mm. When I searched 35 rather than 32, I found one (it was described as a 'mini' size if anyone else searching). It arrived today and fits perfectly!
