the guy who installed it cant be contacted

anyways unit is not working properly and does not automatically do backflush anymore

the salt level in tank is same as it was 3 months ago

if i manually switch control to start it will work

last year i cleaned tank out and got rid of all the crusted up hard salt at bottom

attached is picture of controls and i was wondering how exactly the pins should be configured. the unit itself is under the sink and as such still being used for storage so easy enough for something to hit off it and knock pins out of place

Does it work, transformers do fail.

What pins do you mean ?

1-6 is days of the week 7 being regeneration day.

The other dial is the clock, which tells it to regenerate, usually 02::00

Whats the make/model of the unit anyway.

The pin should hit the striker on the clock to start the regeneration, so depending how much water you use, you adjust one or more pins
