TS510 Menvier Alarm

hi,I have a TS510Menvier security alarm The main box is downstairs and I also have a small one in the bedroom upstairs to set before I go to bed. The main power was switched off and I had to reset everything. The main box has reset ok but the small one upstairs won,t.All the lights are lit up but when punching in the code nothing happens. Any idea how I can reset it

You'll probably have to disconnect the power wire (to the keypad) in the panel briefly and reconnect. If that doesn't work then it's probably fooked.

You have just described the standard fault that most DiYers have.

EVER replaced the battery? Sorry, I like asking daft questions.

Just because it's rechargeable it doesn't mean it'll last for ever.
