Turn off underfloor heating

My house has underfloor (u/f) heating on the ground floor and rads on the first floor. Each underfloor zone has a separate Heatmiser WiFi thermostat, the upstairs rads have a single WiFi thermostat and the towel rails have a separate WiFi stat. The Domestic hot water has a separate WiFi stat. There is no switch to turn off the c/h system.

How can I turn off the u/f and rads? Currently, I just set a Summer programme to set the temp at a very low level but the boiler still seems to run intermittently which I guess is the system ensuring the DHW is 'ready for use' when it is programmed to come on?

The downstairs cloakroom is always unbearably hot when the c/h is on. I think it's because it shares the hall stat but often doesn't need to be on when the hall is calling for heat. The drawings for the u/f heating seems to show the hall and cloakroom having separate zones so I guess I could install a dedicated stat for the cloakroom if that is the case?

I want to ensure I am using the system in the most efficient way in the summer.

Grateful for any guidance.

Erm ... use the stats? Just turn the stats down below the ambient temp, that'll stop them calling for heat. No call for heat, no boiler run. Turn the cloakrooms TRV down to 2 or turn down the valve if no TRV.

A modern boiler will always run every now and again, it spins the pump up to stop it seizing, it shouldn't fire the boiler though. If you have a pre-heat function and it's on then the boiler will run to keep the internal temp up for faster HW reaction times when it drops below a certain temp.

Stats are switches.
Setting target temp to something that will never be reached is turning them off!
Heatmiser have an away/off setting.
