As you can see, part of my house has two DPC. The upper DPC is only on this wall.
Any idea why it might be there? The inside plaster is grey coloured which makes me think of some anti damp treatment but this looks to be as-built not retrofit. The way it steps up is also unusual. To go above the soil pipe maybe?
Internal floor level is level with the lower DPC as normal.
