Two gang switch

I checked the wiki on wiring up a two gang switch to operate two lights independently. My use is not on a ring system so I edited the diagram to remove the supply going to the next light. I'm pretty sure I got it right, but would appreciate expert confirmation b4 I go ahead.

Lights are not on a ring (generally speaking) they're a radial.

Which diagram are you referring to specifically?

Are you referring to the link between commons? This is used when there is one supply to the switch and two switched lives. You may or may not need it, depends how the switch is wired
