By that logic a leftie isn't necessarily a Communist either.
But Fascism has been redefined since WWII, morphing into a conglomorate of opinions on 'repatriating' migrants and immigrants alike. They make little or no distinction between anyone of ethnic origin, regardless of their political opinion.
When you see a horde of black shirts descending in force to block the entry of migrants then your thoughts instantly go back to the failed attempts of Oswald Mosely in the 1930s.
They failed to change public opinion then.
They will fail again.
They're missing the racial element (and other points) essential to the fascist party.

Says you the expert in Fascism. That's not a requirement for a Fascist party, although they often go hand in hand.
And even then, no, you're wrong. For example National Action is explicitly racist. Who knows what 'other points' you're going to make up to exclude any political parties from being Fascist.

I see people who are protesting at what they think is an illegal migrant invasion.
If you consider Tory, Reform, Restore are on the right - they seem to represent a collective majority.
You've rightly pointed out that these people do not want illegal immigrants in our country.
That doesn't make them fascists.
Did they ever say they want to take the monarchy down? Or democratic parliamentary system down?
How come they've not been proscribed?

Also that's for terrorist organisations, not banned political groups. Being racist scumbags is bad but not all racist scumbags are violent.

You're getting confused with Anarchists.
Many "righties" on here would disagree. Intellectuals like Spliney who argue anyone to the left of Re store is a commy. Both sides can be guilty of the pigeon holing you refer to.
