No - and i think they probably come to the correct decision - however Connolly was railroaded by the state, by Starmer, she elected not to face a jury trial then was given some sort of max sentence - with decent representation she too would very likely have been not guilty by 12 random jurors - our legal system made an example out of her

I feel very sorry for her. She did something very stupid and paid a heavy price. But I don't see in what way she was railroaded. She had the same opportunity to face a jury but chose not to. The Court of Appeal has decided her sentence was correct.
