Two way light switch

Hi I was about to change my light switch as old one broken, I thought easy job to replace but unfortunately I’m not understanding the new conections. Here is picture of old switch with wiring and new one out of box any help I. Would up very much apreciated.

Switches are two triangles; new switch has one upside down.

Dont forget, your switch needs an earth to the plate.

Hello me again just double checking on something sorry to be a pain! Does this look right ? I know I have not connected earth yet but just watered to check before I power up. I was unsure On original photo I sent bottom right of first picture the red is sharing the terminal and is bridged over to the terminal on the left. Have connected it right in new switch i hope that makes sence cheers again.

Yes, it looks right - assuming you have not mixed up the two reds.
