TWS Eceautron Catalytic Water Conditioner

I am planning to install a TWS MainsBoost accumulator and pump, and the Eceautron Catalytic Water Conditioner in their brochure caught my eye. I cannot find any information about this product on the internet. Does anyone have experience of using it? Here is the web page:
