Does anyone know the design flowrates for underfloor heating circuits by any chance. Information seems sketchy on this subject.
Is it just a matter of picking a slightly larger pump and throttling the flow back to get the necessary temperature drop.??
Would I be correct in saying a 5 degree temperature drop across each loop is correct ??
Any help appreciated.

There is no design flow rate as such.

It will depend on the length and number of each loop length.

The manifold pump circulates around the floor area, the system pump circulates the primary side up to the thermostatic blender valve

Appreciate the reply Doitall but it dont answer my question. :(

Do you adjust the flow regulators on the manifold to acheive a certain temperature drop over the loop ??.
