UFH vapour barrier between insulation & screed

hi,

when fitting under floor heating (hot water type), is it necessary to lay a vapour barrier between the insulation and the pipes/screed?

if so, is it just a poly sheet or is something more specific required?

No, normally you just clip the pipes directly to the rigid insulation.

Who's ufh are you using, why not ring the manufacturer and ask thenm to be sure??
