I'm looking at putting wet under floor heating into the downstairs while doing my extension but have a few questions. I have a baxi duo tec 40kw combi, would this be suitable to run the upstairs rads and the underfloor heating? The temp needs to be able to be set for each room, kitchen, living room, bathroom & bedroom if it's possible. The kitchen will be half floor boards and half concrete slab, does this cause a problem with fitting? All the rooms will be tiled and only the under floor heating will be used to heat the ground floor, no radiators downstairs. Kitchen is 8x4, living room is 5x4 bathroom is 3x3 and bedroom is 5x4. Any systems recommended and rough idea of costs?
The shape of the downstairs is a bit strange, the boiler will be under the stairs.
