hi
new on here . i installed a uopnor under floor heating system in a extension ,it has run fine for 12 month. but now is failing to get the room temp above 16 c .
quick over view .
my oil boiler is a combi , the boiler heats my house rads via a 2 port valve and the ufh system via another 2 port valve
ufh , flow from boiler goes thru 2 port valve ( controlled by time clock , on 24/7) flow temp aprox 65c. after 2 port valve enters ufh manifold via a 4 port mixer then to ufh circulating pump then to individual zones thru room stat controlled actuators ( fairly standard)
so i have hot water going thru 2 port valve to mixer ,mixer set to 2.5 =35c( ish) ufh pump is running ,actuators are calling for heat.
temp indicator on manifold has historically been 30 to 35c . the problem i now have is the manifold temp is 20c ??if i open mixer to max ,then close ,then back to 2.5(30 to 35 c ish) the manifold temp indicator goes up to 35c ( great!!) but soon drops back down to 20 c ?? and room will not get above 16c.
i have fitted new 2 port valve
bled all of the ufh loops ( several times)
now tbh im at a bit of a loss ??
i am not a plumber /heating engineer .
i am a electrician ,have been for 40 years so like to think im not too stupid .

any help gratefully received

thank you , im looking in that direction, but dont want to waist £260 on new one if not needed
