Hi,
looking to make our under stairs room/cupboard more of a room. Currently it’s just floorboards and the carcass of the stairs. This makes it very drafty and the door is always open.
my plan is to make a little stud wall at the 4th step (800mm) and then boarding up the underside of the stairs etc.
the floor is what concerns me, If I sort the draft by sorting the floorboards and putting down a floor(probably laminate or something similar) will that cause any issues due to lack of ventilation?
