Undercoat on block paving

Anyone know of a way to remove acrylic undercoat from block paving. Already tried a pressure washer but no good

Boiling water and a wire brush straight after maybe..or paint stripper might soften it.

quite a bit. Already tried scrubbing but no joy!!

Maybe if the paints not soaked in a Steamer? then scub with a little sharp sand and a stiff hand brush to try to take the eye off the stain.

meths will soften emulsion, which is similar.

If all else fails... Take out the paviours and turn them over...

Only on some blocks tho, you maybe lucky.....
