One of the rooms in a large house is getting heat, when the room stat is turned down fully, all the rooms have stats.
I think the problem may lay with the rooms electric actuator, as each room has its own. are the room stats normaly wired to the actuator.
Thanks

Its normal for each room to have a thermostat which controls the heating through a motorised valve.

However, I suspect your system may not be configured as we usually do here in the UK. Using our systems it would be difficult/expensive to do it properly.

Underfloor heating has a very slow warm up/cool down and a standard room stat is not very effective at controling the heating.

If yours used to work and now does not then a failed actuator is possible.

With UFH a programmable stat would usually be used to cater for the early start which is needed 1-3 hours before the room is to be used.
