Hi guys,
How would you tackle this last minute change? My mate wants wet underfloor heating installed in his house.
The floor above is 20mm tongue and groove flooring that will be finished with either engineered wood flooring or tile.
What’s the best way to tackle this? Install a system from below the joists? Roughly, what might the cost per square meter be for materials and labor if a system was installed from the underside of the floor joists? I would be subcontracting this job out since I have never installed underfloor heating.
He also has a basement area that needs the same concrete floor, whats the cost for doing underfloor over solid concrete floors
Thanks
