Hi,

I have a wet underfloor heating system installed with hive and also a radiator system with hive also. Both are connected to Baxi boiler. They have 2 independent zone valves. My underfloor heating has to be on in order for my radiators to work . I can’t have my radiators on unless my underfloor heating is on. Both zone valves are working and I believe this to be a wiring issue. They are wired into a Honeywell box which I have attached a picture of. Does anyone have any idea how I can sort this so I can run the radiators without having to have my underfloor heating on? Is the Honeywell box sufficient or do I need another board that will allow what I am after?

Hope this makes sense . Thanks guys

If your competent to work with mains voltage and you have a multimeter box lid off.
Disconnect orange wire from valve to radiators.
When thermostat calling for heat and zone valve open you should have live on orange.
Honeywell do a really good app, honeywell wireing guide download to your phone got a good troubleshooting section.
What you have is Honeywell S plan plus.

Sounds like the Hive for the rads zone isn't switching the boiler. That switching should run from the 2 port. I.E. the Hive energises the zone valve for the rads and then the zone valves switches the boiler on.

I will have a look at the app, once I have opened Honeywell box I will take a picture and upload if I am still having trouble thanks guys
