Underfloor heating not working ?

Hi My daughter has wet underfloor heating
It works fine in all but one room even though the room stat shows that its on
Some one told me it may have a air blockage
Has any one any ideas

Have you checked the actuator for that room is opening the circuit correctly? The stat is only the switch to tell other parts of the system to work.

My daughter says Yes the actuator is on
The room in question was working last month but is not now

This could be a sticking pin under the actuator head, so the actuator might be heating up, and the plastic bit moving, but the pin in valve not lifting, so no water flowing, if you take actuator head off of the valve, see if the pin can be moved in and out of the valve? Similar to a trv on a radiator.
