Undertile heating - bathroom

Hi,

I want to install undertile heating in my bathroom.
I have a large airing cupboard with the combi boiler in, situated in the corner of the bathroom. Can I wallmount the timer/thermostat for the heating in tthis cupboard without falling foul of the regs?
