Hi, I am looking for a transitioning strip for uneven flooring in between the bedroom (7mm, lvt) and the ensuite (30mm, porcelain tiles). I cannot find a variable height t-bar that covers the 23mm gap. What else can be used?

How about buying the widest and deepest T bar you can. Then run a strip of your lvt or hardwood across the lvt side to make up the difference.
Failing that if have or know someone with a tablesaw , you probably make threshold to fit.

I think Stairrods UK Ramp profiles max out at 20mm.

You might be able to make a 21mm Engineered Oak Ramp work?

Or Treadplates UK can definatly make what you want through your local Treadplates UK supplier (most quality flooring shops will be able to help.)
