Unvented cylinder

Hi all

what do these 2 knobs do attached to this unvented cylinder. My hot water isn’t as hot anymore - I’m not sure if accidentally turned the knob around ?

it is a JAB unvented cylinder. I am a total newbie to DIY and have just moved into the property btw !

I think the first picture is of the temperature/pressure safety relief valve. The second is a timer and the last one is a net curtain wire!

Is it fully electric? There should be a thermostat somewhere on it to adjust the water temperature.

Was just about to suggest he puts a plug on the end of that and plugs it in. Must get round to making that Specsavers appointment......

I think the bit of blue wire wrapped around the screw confuses at first glance
