Unvented system tap pressure

Hi - I have an unvented system . the hot water is directly connected to the pressurised system and the cold water is connected to the mains. I have two problems

1) The hot water from the upstairs bath tap is very high pressure but downstairs shower low pressure.

2) For the mixer taps, hot water seems to have higher pressure than cold and I get a water hammer sound when cold taps are closed and toilets flushed.


Can anyone help me understand what's going on?
