I have a 4 bedroomed flat on the second floor of a block that only has 15mm pipe from the mains. I need to run 3 bathrooms and central heating and have been told that I will not have the flow rate to handle an unvented system.
The problem I have with a vented system ids that I ahve a water tank in the loft of the building but it would be a nightmare to have to put in an over flow/header tank as a return. I would need to feed the pipe up through the flats above. or outside in the hallways.
Is it possible to install a vented system and have the cylinder overflow run out to an external drain.
